The construction system begins with a reinforced concrete plate or platform on piles in a metal structure; the floors, walls and ceiling are built in immunized pine wood, generating thermo-acoustic advantages that promote a quiet, air-conditioned, relaxing environment and generate low energy load for comfort; They are seismically safe structures because they are light and structurally flexible. It is durable as long as it is properly immunized, hopefully protected from weathering agents and properly maintained.

The cabins are built with pieces of round wood with diameters between 10 and 12 cm for columns, 10 cm for beams, 8 cm for braces, straps and 6 cm for railings, the walls are filled with half wood or board on both sides and filled in pine needles as thermo-acoustic insulation.
